In the pharmaceutical industry sector, we carry out interventions both from scratch and for existing structures, providing specialist consultancy aimed at evaluating the state of consistency of the properties and the necessary maintenance or redevelopment interventions.

We provide professional, specialized and innovative services for Project Management, Integrated and Coordinated Design, Construction Management, Works Management, Operational Management and Safety Coordination activities in the design and execution phase, Testing, Technical Due Diligence. Since 2014, we have implemented the adoption of the BIM methodology in our activity flows.
For all interventions, be they new constructions, renovations, expansions or adaptations, our consultancy initially includes feasibility analyses, with dimensional checks, the study of layouts and flows for personnel and materials (space management), proposals architectural, the definition of spending budgets and the planning of interventions.
