We carry out interventions both for new construction and for existing properties to be redeveloped and we provide specialist consultancy for Technical Due Diligence aimed at assessing the state of consistency of the properties, their maintenance or redevelopment interventions, supporting Clients in the assessments of potential real estate investments. In 2023 alone, we dealt with the design and construction of 6 medium and large residential complexes, managing important projects for complexes of more than 500 apartments with an extension of more than 30,000 m2.
We provide a highly qualified service by applying advanced design methods, constantly verified by experience, in order to bring together all the technical, functional and economic elements within a project and by integrating and coordinating all specialist interventions (architecture, structure, systems, services, equipment and production equipment) within the general design criteria.
